CAPTAIN – ANTE VUKOVIĆ

Professional Background:
Captain Ante combines youthful enthusiasm with a wealth of experience. He began sailing the Adriatic at just six years old alongside his grandfather, drawing from a family tradition rooted in maritime hospitality near Split. After completing his maritime studies in Split, he spent summers working on tourist boats. In 2014, he purchased and captained the wooden boat Orkan for five years. By 2017, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by creating his ideal yacht, Bellezza.

Personal Interests:
Beyond his maritime career, Captain Ante is passionate about sports, especially surfing and hiking. He also enjoys traveling, discovering new destinations, and exploring different cultures.

CHEF – MARIO PERAN

Professional Background:
Chef Mario brings innovation, creativity, and a vibrant personality to the table. Specializing in Mediterranean and Dalmatian cuisine, he has trained under some of Croatia’s most renowned chefs and has even been recommended by Michelin. Mario’s inventive dishes consistently delight guests with their originality and flair.

Personal Interests:
In his free time, Mario enjoys mountain biking and long walks. He is committed to continuous learning, frequently exploring new recipes and refining his cooking techniques.

Lamb in Green: Lamb chops served with parsley root cream, carbonated parsley root, hoisin sauce, and kale chips.
