Where to Eat in South Ibiza?
Enjoy our selection of restaurants.
These are the restaurants we recommend to our clients who rent a boat for weeks or days, so they can make the most of their stay in Ibiza
La Escollera
At La Escollera, you’ll find a haven that makes you feel at home. Enjoy a unique experience that blends tradition with the freshness of the island of Ibiza. Our restaurant is a magical place where the aroma of the Mediterranean Sea intertwines with the flavor of our dishes, carefully prepared with local ingredients. From the first bite, let yourself be taken on a journey full of culinary emotions. Located in a magical corner in the south of the island of Ibiza, in the heart of the Ses Salines natural reserve, our restaurant is a wild and natural place, offering views of Formentera, Es Cavallet, and the Mediterranean Sea.
El Chiringuito
The passion for excellence is reflected in their modern Mediterranean dishes with Ibizan, Italian, French, Greek, and Lebanese touches. Head chef Jérome Palayer and his team craft dishes with honesty and refined techniques, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Whenever possible, all their fresh ingredients come from the San Miguel Agricultural Laboratory. Just 12 kilometers from the kitchen door, the Laboratory uses organic permaculture techniques to produce abundant local varieties and employs traditional cooking methods to bring out the full depth and complexity of each ingredient.
jockey Club Ibiza
At Jockey Club Salinas, you can find all the services and quality of a restaurant without losing the essence of lively and original beach bars.
Excellent Mediterranean menu, great selection of wines, “Breakfast on the beach,” sunbeds, fruit & cocktail bar, Jockey Shop, and a cheerful atmosphere with customer rapport and professionalism.
Malibu Ibiza
MALIBU BEACH CLUB invites you to delight your senses, savoring everything from traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with charismatic dishes like our classic and succulent lobster stew, to our most innovative dishes like our tuna tataki with soy sauce and sesame. Enjoy a seductive cocktail at sunset, admiring the spectrum of colors painting our Mediterranean sky, harmonized by the enticing music of our DJs. Seasonal ingredients, fish and seafood from our coast, and an extensive selection of Mediterranean, creative, and international culinary specialties.
South Ibiza has a great variety of restaurants.
Experimental Ibiza
The menu is inspired by the history and culture of the Balearic Islands. Chef Alexander Larrea draws from his childhood with dishes like Ibérico Secreto with red onion and sumac and Grilled Turbot with scallions and caper water, while pushing the boundaries of Ibizan cuisine with dishes like Zucchini Babaganoush served with feta, spicy pine nuts, and pickled strawberries.
Sacaleta Ibiza
They say the menu has remained the same since day one, and their big secret is using the best ingredients with utmost care. The seafood traditionally used in Ibiza’s homes can be found in our display. Grouper, monkfish, dentex, sirvia (common seabream), red prawns, lobster, sea cucumbers, Ibiza ray, pot-caught squid, and others are always present in our kitchen.
Yemanjá Ibiza
Yemanjá restaurant has built its reputation on exceptional traditional Spanish cuisine combined with a family-friendly atmosphere for over 40 years. Tasting a bullit de peix or an exquisite creamy rice with lobster tastes different on the shores of the Mediterranean, with impeccable service and the perfect music to enjoy every moment of the day.
