With a shallow draft, she is perfectly suited for exploring shallow waters and cruising close to shorelines, promising unforgettable adventures for her guests.
Captain – Darrel: Darrel hails from Johannesburg, South Africa, where he spent his time roaming suburban jungles and raising his pet lion, Chaos. Despite some meandering through various subjects in university, none of which seem relevant to his current role, Darrel managed to graduate. He also holds the position of lieutenant in the South African National Defense Force, where salutes are optional on board. Fluent in three languages, two of which are exclusive to South Africa.
Chef – Jenn: Chef Jenn, originally from Canada (yes, from a famous haunted house!), has strong family ties to the islands. Having visited the British Virgin Islands for twenty years, she made the leap to become a local five years ago. With a diverse background including jazz club management, makeup artistry, real estate, and even space simulator captaincy, Jenn’s transition to island life has been seamless. Guests rave about her gourmet cuisine, and loose clothing is recommended for the return trip. Naturally friendly and charming, Jenn wins hearts with her homemade meals and cheerful demeanor.
Mate – Remi: Remi was born in Mauritius (an island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, for those with geography troubles) but spent most of his formative years in South Africa. Fluent in both French and English, he often impresses naive tourists in Caribbean bars with his French. Remi holds a degree in Environmental Management from South Africa and previously worked as a mixologist and surf instructor before selling his car to buy a one-way ticket somewhere with boats. With four years in the industry, he has sailed far and wide, recently earning his captain’s license. While he occasionally gets to gaze at the shiny controls in the pilot’s cabin, Darrel keeps a watchful eye to prevent any potential mutiny.
Sailor – Jenny: Jenny, born and raised in Scotland (part of a big island west of France, for those with geography issues), is the daughter of two avid divers. She spent her childhood floating on dive boats and developing a love for the sea within a wetsuit. With a degree in hotel and catering management, Jenny is the only one with formal hospitality training. After managing various hotels and restaurants in Edinburgh, she made the move to the BVI over two decades ago. Jenny has worked on boats and owned/manage restaurants on the island, making her a true authority on all things related to the island life, despite her unmistakable Scottish rugby allegiance in her accent.
